How I Work

First, I listen. Carefully. What destinations are you considering and why? How do you like to travel? Is this solo, couples, family, friends, large group, or business travel? What is your budget? How adventurous are you? What MUST be included? What MUST be avoided? Are there special needs to consider? What do you love doing, seeing or experiencing? How much do you want to turn over to me? Once we know, we plan, I propose, you decide, and I book.

From the moment you share your dreams with me, I'll curate, propose, and book your ideal experiences, crafting a personalized itinerary that reflects your desires. If you want to enjoy a cruise, explore the world by train, take a personalized tour or safari, take a car trip, find a great spot to relax, or have a totally customized experience anywhere in the world, I will help you plan, design and book you journey.

Step 1

You Tell Me

After you contact me, we schedule a friendly chat, either by phone or zoom.

  • We talk and I learn everything I can about creating your perfect trip
  • We discuss and agree to the process we will use to plan, select and book
  • We discuss if a planning fee is appropriate for this trip, or if it is straightforward and FREE
  • You decide if I am right for you
Step 2

You Approve Your  Plan

I'll present a draft proposal and then we review the the exciting options together.

  • I create a draft itinerary, with considerations and options
  • You tell me what you like and what needs revision (and repeat)
  • We finalize the itinerary and discuss  details, like room/cabin type, transfers and special needs
  • You approve the final itinerary


Step 3

I Book. You Travel With Confidence

You approve and securely authorize each payment and get to travel.

  • You authorize each purchase and I complete the bookings
  • You arrange for needed Visas and other travel documents (I help)
  • I prepare for a detailed, online itinerary including all needed documents
  • YOU TRAVEL and let me know about any challenges along the way, which we address
  • You return, we debrief, and we start dreaming about the next adventure
