How I Work
First, I listen. Carefully. What destinations are you considering and why? How do you like to travel? Is this solo, couples, family, friends, large group, or business travel? What is your budget? How adventurous are you? What MUST be included? What MUST be avoided? Are there special needs to consider? What do you love doing, seeing or experiencing? How much do you want to turn over to me? Once we know, we plan, I propose, you decide, and I book.

If you want enjoy a cruise, explore the world by train, take a personalized tour or safari, take a car trip, find a great spot to relax, or have a totally customized experience anywhere in the world, we will help you plan, design and book you journey.
The Process, Step by Step
- You contact me
- We schedule a time to talk, either by phone or Zoom
- We talk and I learn everything I can about creating the perfect trip for you and all travelers
- We discuss and agree to the process we will use to plan, refine, select and book all aspects of the trip
- We discuss if a planning fee is appropriate for this trip, or if it is straightforwad (like a simple cruise or resort stay) that I do for FREE
- You complete a client questionnaire providing all details I need to arrange your travel
- I create a draft itinerary, with considerations, questions and options
- You tell me what you like and what needs revision (as many times as needed to make it perfect)
- We finalize the itinerary and discuss the details, like room/cabin type, transfers and special requests
- You authorize each purchase and I complete the bookings
- You arrange for all Visas and other travel documents (I help)
- We prepare for travel with a detailed, online itinerary including all needed documents
- YOU TRAVEL and let me know about any challenges along the way, which we address
- You return, we debrief, and we start dreaming about the next adventure
